• No Cancellations after Entry: Registrations for games and tournaments cannot be cancelled by users once entered. Refunds will not be provided for voluntary withdrawals.
• Exceptional Circumstances: In rare cases where participation is cancelled by Zimmy Ludo due to technical issues or system errors, the entry fee will be refunded within a reasonable period for use in other contests.
• Refund Process: Refunds, where approved, will be credited either to your original payment source or your in-app wallet, depending on the situation and payment channel used.
• Timeframe: All eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of approval.
